All orders are shipped with the USPS. Please refer to usps.com for updated mail shipment times.
Orders placed on KnottyCards.com will be processed and shipped between 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. The free shipping option does NOT include tracking. You may add tracking at checkout.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
We do everything in our power to keep our customers happy. That’s our ultimate goal. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you on a solution.
We are not responsible for your card getting to you by a certain event or date. Please email us directly at hello@knottycards.com if you need the card delivered by a certain time.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CARDS THAT ARE DELIVERED AFTER AN EXPECTED DATE!
Exceptions:
* If your card arrives damaged, we will replace it within 24 hours and expedite shipping if we can
* If for some reason we send you the wrong card, we will by all means correct the order.
* If the post office loses the package and we can tell you didn’t receive it, we will absolutely send you another.
* If a tsunami, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, snow storm, asteroid, rogue wave, alien attack, or any other crazy thing happens we will replace your card. We’re not unreasonable, geez.
