Can I track my order?
If you chose FREE SHIPPING at checkout, we do not have any tracking information on your order. These orders are shipped using a First Class stamp, which does not provide tracking (think just a normal letter in the mail).
If you chose to add tracking to your order, an email will be sent to the email you provided at checkout with all tracking information. You can then track the order through the USPS website.
Can you write a custom message inside a card?
Yes! We can hand write any message inside of one of our cards if you'd like to send it directly to the recipient! We're happy to do so. Just include a Note to Seller when you checkout with exactly what you'd like the message to say inside your card.
I'm a retailer and have a shop where I'd like to sell Knotty Cards. Do you offer wholesale?

Do you do custom work?
While we cannot create a one-off greeting card for you, we can do custom work as long as you are purchasing 10 or more cards. We even do party invitations and other design work too! If you're interested, contact us!
