All cards will be sent upon the receiving of payment.
They will be mailed 3-5 business days upon purchase. These cards will be created using matte card stock and include an envelope with purchase. They will be packaged in a rigid mailer, enclosed in a cellophane sleeve for ultimate protection. Ultimate.
For holiday orders, please take note that we cannot control the USPS so order way ahead of time. Trust us, we wish we could. We will post the specific date the USPS suggests in our shop banner as soon as we know it.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
We do everything in our power to keep our customers happy. That’s our ultimate goal. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you on a solution. There will be no refunds if we can tell you didn’t read our listing descriptions/these policies.
If you did not order within the described deadline on our home page and your card arrives after you wanted, we will NOT refund your money. We can't email everyone to make sure we know what date they would like the card.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CARDS THAT ARE DELIVERED AFTER AN EXPECTED DATE!
* If your card arrives damaged, we will replace it within 24 hours and usually ship so it gets to you in 2-3 days.
* If for some reason we send you the wrong card, we will by all means correct the order.
* If the post office loses the package and we can tell you didn’t receive it, we will absolutely send you another.
* If a tsunami, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, snow storm, asteroid, rogue wave, alien attack, or any other crazy thing happens we will replace your card. We’re not unreasonable, geez.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them.
